You are encouraged to come and enjoy
the community of S.A.T. and its great weekly programs.
We need a member to direct our S.A.T. Thursday night snacks.
Duties are, to see that supplies are there, such as plates cups,
coffee Lemonade and other condiments. Also arrange for
people to volunteer to serve, and get the snacks . See Barry or
any board member to volunteer.
PROGRAMS
Don’t forget our afterglows! After the Thursday Meeting
some of us go to the Afterglow; which is held at Bakers
Square 66th and Xerxes in RIchfield.
We need a member to direct our S.A.T. Thursday night snacks.

Jan. 5th Jim Berner and his Musical Memories. Jim sings
and plays the songs and stories of “Music Legends”.
Jan. 12th Colonel Snelling, of the 5th Regiment will be with
us to discuss what it was like to be in the Army in the early
1800’s.
Jan. 19th Jeff Long, a US Postal Inspector with over 18
years of experience, will help to protect us from scams and
other crimes.
Jan. 26th Eric Thomas will provide us with music to dance
by.
Have you have heard a good speaker, or musical group lately?

Special Interest Group (SIG)
NEW SIGS Speaking of imagination , think of a new SIG. There's always room for new and exciting SIG's. Ideas for programs, SIG's and constructive criticism are important. We live in interesting times. Information is exploding and there is so much to learn. Entertainment is essential for our health. Who among us doesn't like to be entertained? Just put it in writing or speak out at a meeting. We want and welcome your input.
A Lunch group
that will meet the 4th Tuesday of the month at the Richfield
American Legion located at 6501 Portland Ave. S. Lunch
begins at 11:30 am followed by cards or other games. For your
enjoyment “Yall” come and have some fun.
S.A.T. GENERAL INFORMATION
Singles All Together has weekly Meetings / Programs Thursday evenings 6:30-08:30 PM At COLONIAL CHURCH of EDINA , 6200 Colonial Way , Edina . MAP Take Hwy 62 to Tracy Ave exit (located between Hwy 100 and Hwy 169). Turn North on Tracy one block to Colonial Way and go West to Colonial Church (1block). Note: Beverages / Snacks are served at 7:00 PM . If you are a new member or a visitor, you may choose to join us for a short Orientation AT 7:30 PM . The Orientation Director can answer any questions you may have about S.A.T. at this time. Learn more about the events and activities S.A.T. has planned for single adults. We have over 30 activities/events scheduled each week and several spur of the moment activities that are not listed in the Newsletter. Check at the Registration Table each Thursday for Activities or Events scheduled too late for publication in this monthly Newsletter.

S.A.T. Board Rules require all members and guests to be at least 21 yrs of age. All S.A.T. functions are non-discriminatory regarding age, race, gender and religious preference.
S.A.T. new or expired fees are just $55.00 Annual S.A.T. Membership dues are $50.00. This allows you to attend all of the Thursday evening meetings and any/all of the Special Interest Group activities/events you choose to attend throughout the year. You will also receive a S.A.T. Monthly Newsletter mailed to you, listing events and activities for each month. Non-Member Admission fees are $5.00 on Thursday evenings. If you should decide to join the same evening you visit, $5.00 will be deducted off of the annual Member dues of $55.00. INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE WITH A S.A.T. MEMBERSHIP!

If you are a new member or guest, join us for a short Orientation at 6:30 PM in the corner of the meeting hall. Get the lowdown on SAT and the Special Interest Group (SIGs). The Orientation leader will answer whatever questions you might have about SAT.
Nonmembers pay a $5 guest fee each Thursday , which will be deducted from the annual membership fee if you join SAT on the same night. Nonmembers may visit a total of two SIG functions before joining SAT .
Special Interest Group (SIGs) are an integral part of SAT. SIGs provide a large variety of activities— We've got something for everyone! SIG activities give SAT members numerous opportunities to have fun, make new friends, and explore new activities in a comfortable, friendly setting
To start a new SIG, contact SIG co-chair about the new SIG activity:
You fill out an application—the SIG co-chair approves & gets Board approval. You sign a SIG charter and write up newsletter articles describing your events.
Being a SIG Leader: develop your leadership skills---a great way to meet new people at SAT—have satisfaction of helping
SAT grow. Participation in SAT activities is voluntary. All SAT members, guests, and visiting nonmembers assume all risk of injury Or loss resulting from participation. Board rules require all SAT members and guests to be 21 years of age or older. All SAT and SIG activities are nondiscriminatory regarding sex, race, age, or religious preference.
